Carl R. Bieber Tourways cannot assume responsibility for inconvenience, expense
or damage resulting from errors in timetables or failure to make connections.
Carl R. Bieber Tourways is not responsible for formulating policies regarding
rules, regulations and fares beyond their own company.

| Redemption of Tickets: |
|
|
Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase for any ticket including Commuter books. There will be a 10% service charge on the original ticket price including commuter books. An extended expiration period of 3 days is given on 30-trip books and on 40-trip books. Tickets will not be accepted if detached. Valid, partially used round trip or commuter book tickets will be redeemed at the difference between the fare paid and the service actually performed at the one-way fare. Tickets cannot be exchanged. Bieber Transportation Group and it's affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. |

| Baggage: |
|
|
Carl R. Bieber Tourways, Inc. does not check baggage. However, for passenger convenience, baggage will be transported in the baggage compartment when accompanied by passengers. Only hand baggage can be carried on board and must be accompanied by passengers. Because of space limitations, we must limit each passenger to two (2) suitcases and one (1) carry-on. The maximum baggage liability is $50.00 per bag. All other parcels containing baggage items must be properly paid for and ticketed according to Carl R. Bieber Tourways' regulations. We will not accept plastic bags. Bicycles, with the front wheel removed will be placed in the baggage compartment and transported for a $5.00 fee.

| Children's Fares: |
|
| Tariff regulations call for the following regarding the
transportation of children: |

One child, under 2 years of age, when accompanied by an adult paying a full
adult fare will be carried free so long as they will not occupy a seat
exclusion of another paying passenger.

Children, ages 2 through 11, will be charged sixty percent (60%) of the regular
adult fare when accompanied by an adult paying a full fare.

Maximum of 2 children at 60% fare allowed per adult ticket (see section 2).

All children , 12 years of age and older, will be charged the full adult fare.

| Lost Articles: |
|
|
Carl R. Bieber Tourways, Inc. is not responsible for articles left in
coaches or terminals. Articles found will be held at the main office of Carl R.
Bieber Tourways, Kutztown, PA for up to thirty (30) days.

|
| Objectionable Passengers: |
|
|
Carl R. Bieber Tourways, reserves the right to refuse transportation or eject
from the coach any person under the influence of intoxicating beverages or
drugs, or one whose conduct may be objectionable to other passengers.
|
|
| Limits: |
|
|
One way ticket will be limited to sixty (60) days in addition to date of sale.
Round trip tickets will be limited to three hundred sixty-five (365) days in
addition to date of sale.
